Can I Make My Penis Bigger? **
Probably not. The pills, pumps, and exercises that claim to increase penis size are either scams, myths, or just plain dangerous.
Some guys try something called jelqing. It's basically where they repeatedly pull on their penis to sort of stretch it and make it longer. Some claim to see the results. But doctors aren't buying it, and research isn't backing it up.
For more information check out these sites:
"....."I think that's all bogus," says Tom Lue, MD, professor of urology at the University of California, San Francisco. He says that only swelling, caused by bleeding under the skin, could explain the increases in penis size men like Thomas experience. This result would not be permanent, hence the need to follow a rigorous jelqing regimen indefinitely. The idea that the smooth muscle of the penis can be exercised, like the biceps, is a myth. "Smooth muscle doesn't respond that way," Lue says. In fact, stretching it can be harmful. For example, the bladder is smooth muscle. According to Lue, if you hold in urine so that the bladder expands too much, the tissue weakens. What's more, Lue says, all the stretching, pulling, and squeezing might cause scar tissue to form in the penis, which could hinder a man's ability to get an erection.
But Thomas maintains that apart from a little soreness, he hasn't injured his penis by jelqing, and he says his erections last longer than they did before. "Anatomically and physiologically this is just wishful thinking," urologist Ira Sharlip, president of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, writes in an email....

"Some Web sites promote jelqing as a safe, natural method to enlarge your penis. But there are few or no references to the term in historical or anthropological literature, no scientific studies to support or refute its effectiveness, and the very real possibility that you could damage your penis by engaging in the practice. The Web sites that sell information about the practice are really selling memberships in chat rooms or discussion groups, and access to online tutorials, with the promise of some kind of "professional" support. People are probably able to sell penis-enlargement methods easily because so many men view their penis as being too small, and see having a larger penis as the path to greater sexual fulfillment for them and their partners. In most cases, that's just foolish and misinformed. It therefore seems wise to avoid the practice and instead be happy with your penis as it is. Larger penises don't feel any better than smaller ones."

"I tried this penis enlargement technique, I must have gone too hard – I lost all sensation on the right side of my penis, the left side of the shaft was swollen, and I had a tingle / ache on the right side. The urologist I visited (real embarrassing) checked me out but didn't seem to know much about what damage I did to my penis or if it was permanent. I guess most people don't tug at their penises, and those that do and get injured might be too embarrassed to go to a doctor. It was a pretty embarrassing part of my life, I must say."

"With the exception of an expensive and serious operation involving plastic surgery, there really isn't a safe method to increase your penis size. You might see ads for products that claim to be able to make your penis grow. These people are capitalizing on one of the oldest concerns men have, and some of the products are downright unsafe. If I were you, I'd steer clear of anything that puts your penis at risk. What would you rather have – the penis you currently have, or one that doesn't work at all? It's just not worth taking a chance on a body part that's so important to you."

"Penises come in different sizes, shapes, and colors. These traits are hereditary, like eye color or foot size, and there's nothing you can do to change them. Despite what you may hear or read, no special exercises, supplements, or diets will speed up the development process or change a guy's size."

So the penis "exercises" are not something to play around with. Guys can safely and effectively exercise the muscles around the penis though. While it won't increase size, it can increase sexual pleasure.
"There are exercises called Kegels for men that increase orgasm intensity...."

And if a guy is overweight, losing weight can make a him look larger. Because if a guy is overweight, flab can cover part of the penis.
A healthy diet can help too, even if the guy is not overweight. Since erections are caused by blood flow, a fatty diet can clog arteries and prevent blood from running as fast. That means guys with bad diets may have a penis that doesn't "fill up" as much or as fast!
But most guys worry about size way too much!
The average adult size is about six inches, but there's a huge amount of variety. Anything from four to nine inches is actually pretty common. But smaller and larger than that isn't unheard of either!
And did you know that most women orgasm from clitoral stimulation rather than vaginal stimulation? Penis size doesn't really matter when it comes to clitoral stimulation!
The vagina also only has sensitive nerve endings within the first couple of inches. So most women aren't really going to feel the difference in length between a four inch penis versus a seven inch penis unless the seven inch penis is painfully hitting her cervix!
So eat healthy. Be happy with what you have. And don't endanger your body parts.
